HEAD OF RECRUITMENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT

Olivia joined the Trust in 2014, making the move into internal recruitment from an agency that she formerly worked for.  Currently undertaking an MBA as an apprenticeship programme, Olivia’s role is focussed on managing the team and working strategically to ensure we recruit and retain the very best staff across all LAT academies and partner organisations.

Elene Redelinghuys

RECRUITMENT ADVISOR

Having started a career in recruitment in 2017, Elene worked in both an agency setting and also for a luxury retail brand before joining Leigh Academies Trust in 2019. Elene is the main point of contact for all hiring managers across two of the Trust’s clusters – South East London and Maidstone/Tonbridge – which encompasses primary, secondary and SEN academies.  In her Advisor role, Elene provides Principals and management staff with advice and guidance that informs their hiring activity and decisions.  

Holly Neve

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

After leaving school, Holly embarked on a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with Leigh Academies Trust and initially started with the Trust working on reception.  When an opportunity arose to join the Recruitment Team, Holly put her qualification to use and developed her skills further.  Holly is the main point of contact for all hiring managers across two of the Trust’s clusters – Dartford and Medway – which encompasses primary, secondary and SEN academies.  In her Co-ordinator role, Holly provides Principals and management staff with advice and guidance that informs their hiring activity and decisions.  

Charlotte Herberts

RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Charlotte joined LAT in 2021 having previously worked for the local council. As a former Leigh Academies Trust student, Charlotte knew a little about LAT but has since learned the true scope of the organisation since joining the Recruitment Team.  Working primarily with Elene and her designated academies, Charlotte provides a seamless admin function to ensure that candidates have a positive experience when applying for roles across LAT through to the hiring stage if successful. 

Rachel Cribben

RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Following in Holly’s footsteps, Rachel started with LAT in 2019 as the Head Office Receptionist whilst completing her Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.  When an opportunity arose to join the Recruitment Team, Rachel put her qualification to use and developed her skills further.  Working primarily with Holly and her designated academies, Rachel provides a seamless admin function to ensure that candidates have a positive experience when applying for roles across LAT through to the hiring stage if successful.
